I met Frances at an Art Melbourne a few years ago and she asked if she could stock some of my work. She is a lovely lady and so are all her assistants. The Gallery is not enormous but she works hard at making it an interesting and varied venue. I have done one show there in partnership with another artist and I have sent up work for each Xmas show. We have since parted ways and I am no longer part of her collection of Artists.

The Frances Keevil Gallery opened in Double Bay in 2007, after 15 years working within the arts industry.

They represent an exciting group of emerging and mid-career artists, illustrating the current vitality of primarily Australian art.

The gallery hosts regular solo and curated mixed exhibitions, and provides an ongoing service to clients and artists with a comprehensive stock room.

I had done some large horses in the past. This is really just a pony or shetland but it was appropriate to going to Sydney.. I thought!
